Collection: Bakeware & Baking Pans

Fat Daddio's bakeware is anodized aluminum bakeware built for bakers who need the same result every time. Every pan here is bare anodized aluminum with no nonstick coating, no PTFE, and no PFAS, so there is no surface to scratch, chip, or wear away. The anodized layer is the aluminum itself, hardened, which is why these pans conduct heat quickly and evenly and why professional bakeries keep them in rotation for years.

The range covers round cake pans from 3 to 18 inches, square pans from 4 by 4 to 12 by 12, rectangle sheet cake pans from 7 by 11 to 16 by 24, removable bottom cheesecake and springform pans, pie and tart pans, bread and loaf pans, cupcake and muffin pans, pizza pans, and silicone molds. Depths run from 1 inch to 4 inches depending on shape, so you can match pan volume to a recipe instead of forcing a recipe into the wrong pan.

All measurements refer to the interior baking surface, which is what determines the size of the finished bake. Pie and tart pans are the exception and follow pie industry convention, measured across the exterior.
