Excellent! Our cakes come out so much cleaner and the pans wash so easily
These pans clean easily, they don’t rust and everything bakes up fantastic!
GREAT PRODUCTS
I purchases the 9x 13 spring form and the 12 x 16 x 3 cake pans. Used the 12 x 16 over the weekend and it worked wonderfully. Only problem was I didn't add enough batter! But the cake came out of the pan so smoothy. I'll be making cheese cake with the spring form pan this week. I also purchased the 10" straight spatula, awesome! Love these products! Hoping to get a large cake turn table next. Thanks for the great quality products!
HI Mary,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your new pans and tools. It appears that you purchased our POBCC-9133 pan, this is the removable bottom pan for cheesecakes. We are confident that you will love making cheesecakes in this pan. Happy Baking!
We chose the several Fat Daddio pans as a gift for our niece who just graduated from culinary school. I have been using them for many years and I know that she is going to need high quality pans going forward in her career.

Bake Slow and Low for Better Results
Learn more"Slow and low" means baking at a reduced temperature for a longer time, usually 25°F (4°C) lower with 10 to 20 percent more time added. This gentler heat helps batter cook through evenly, reducing doming, cracking, and dry edges. It is optional, but it tends to produce a flatter top and a more even crumb.

Why Anodized Aluminum?
Read moreAnodized aluminum is created through an electrochemical process that hardens and smooths the natural aluminum surface, rather than adding a coating. The result is a non-reactive finish about three times harder than untreated aluminum, with nothing to chip, peel, or leach into food. It heats evenly, releases baked goods cleanly, and holds up to acidic ingredients without reacting. This is the standard behind most of our bakeware.
