Outstanding! The cheesecakes bake up perfect. They are easy to remove from the base and they clean so easily and look brand new! Perfect!
One of the stars of my kitchen, I use this for so much.
The only suggestion I'd make is to have a lid/cover that could fit over the entire pan so I could cover food while it rests/dries while marinating.

Fat Daddio's baking pans are without a doubt the best available hard anodized aluminum baking pans and sheets. Easy peasey cleanup too!
I never thought 💭 that baking in a Fat Daddio’s pan would be any different than any other pan until I received one as a gift. Boy was I wrong! I was so extremely happy and surprised at what a difference it was when I baked with the Fat Daddio’s pan. So much so I immediately ordered “9” Fat Daddio’s pans ASAP and will order more very soon.
I purchases the 9x 13 spring form and the 12 x 16 x 3 cake pans. Used the 12 x 16 over the weekend and it worked wonderfully. Only problem was I didn't add enough batter! But the cake came out of the pan so smoothy. I'll be making cheese cake with the spring form pan this week. I also purchased the 10" straight spatula, awesome! Love these products! Hoping to get a large cake turn table next. Thanks for the great quality products!

I can not tell how pleased I am with all of the Fat Daddio’s baking pans I ordred. I asked Justin from “Everything Just Baked” what kind of pans he was using on his YouTube channel.

This pan arrived dented and scratched from other pans included in the order. When I emailed this information to Fat Daddio's, they immediately responded and sent another pan (unasked). The new pan is perfect and so is the customer service! Top notch!
These are the best pans my wife has used. Heavy duty and the cakes don't stick.
The PERFECT size! I didn’t want a 2” ring (too small) nor did I want a 3” ring (too large). The 2.5” ring is the “Goldilocks” pastry ring for individual servings in my household! I love that it is steel so I can bake, freeze and clean with no issue. They should last a lifetime, I should think. Love ‘em!
I saw these pans in a fb group and they are far superior to any spring form pan. Love them! They dont stick at all!
