Collection: Natural Aluminum Kitchenware

Natural aluminum is bare, uncoated, unanodized aluminum. Its bright reflective surface bounces radiant heat rather than absorbing it, which produces gentler and more even browning than a dark pan. That makes it the traditional choice for cookies, sheet pan work, and delicate pastry where a dark pan would set the bottom before the center is done.

Fat Daddio's natural aluminum range covers quarter sheet pans at 9 1/2 by 13 and half sheet pans at 18 by 13, sold individually or in two packs, plus mini tartlet pans in 2 and 2 1/2 inch. Rolled rims resist warping through repeated heat cycles.

Natural aluminum will react with highly acidic ingredients and will discolor with age. Both are cosmetic in normal use. If you bake tomato, citrus, or vinegar forward recipes regularly, choose anodized aluminum instead.
