Collection: Pie & Tart Pans

Fat Daddio's pie and tart pans are anodized aluminum pans sized to pie industry convention. Following that convention, pie and tart pans are measured across the exterior rather than the interior, so a 10 inch pie pan produces a 9 inch pie. Every other pan in the Fat Daddio's range is measured across the interior baking surface.

Pie pans come in 6, 9, 10, and 12 inch at 1 1/2 inches deep, individually or in sets. Tart and quiche pans come with removable bottoms from 3 3/4 to 11 inches round, plus a 13 3/4 by 4 1/4 rectangle for long tarts. Mini tartlet pans in natural aluminum handle 2 and 2 1/2 inch individual shells.

Anodized aluminum browns a bottom crust rather than steaming it, which is the main reason bakers move off glass and ceramic for fruit pies and custard tarts. A removable bottom tart pan lets you present a tart on its own base with no transfer step.
