Collection: Stainless Steel Kitchenware

Stainless steel does not react, does not corrode, and holds an edge and a shape, which is why Fat Daddio's uses it for tools and rings.

Cake and pastry rings run from 2 to 10 inches in diameter and 3/4 to 3 inches tall, covering individual portions through full cakes. Cooling and baking racks in 12 by 17 and 14 by 17 sit inside half sheet pans and are rated for oven use as well as cooling. Portion scoops in five sizes give repeatable yields. Measuring cups and spoons come as 4 piece, 6 piece, and 10 piece sets. Bench scrapers carry inch markings for portioning dough. The heating core rod carries heat into the center of large format cakes.

Stainless steel conducts heat more slowly than aluminum. That is an advantage in a ring holding a set dessert and a disadvantage in a cake pan, and it is the reason the Fat Daddio's pan range is aluminum while the ring and tool range is steel.
