Collection: Cheesecake & Springform Pans
Fat Daddio's cheesecake pans are removable bottom anodized aluminum pans built for optional water bath baking and clean unmolding. The two piece design lets you lift a finished cheesecake straight off the base without inverting it, and the bare anodized surface releases cleanly without a coating that degrades after repeated water bath cycles.
Round cheesecake pans run from 3 to 12 inches in 2 and 3 inch depths. Square cheesecake pans come in 6 by 6, 8 by 8, and 9 by 9 at 3 inches deep. Rectangle sheet cheesecake pans in 9 by 13 handle bar and slab cheesecakes at 2 or 3 inches deep. Springform pans from 6 to 11 inches give you a latching collar when you would rather release the side than push the base up.
Removable bottom or springform: a removable bottom pan seals more reliably in a water bath and is the professional default for baked cheesecake. A springform is faster and more traditional design for no bake fillings and delicate tortes.
No cheesecake or springform pan design is truly watertight on its own and are designed for dense batter recipes.
