Collection: Cake Pans

Fat Daddio's cake pans are anodized aluminum pans made for level tops, sharp edges, and clean release without a nonstick coating. Straight sides and a hardened bare aluminum surface give you a cake that stacks and carves predictably, which is why these pans are a standard in wedding and celebration cake work.

Round pans run from 3 to 18 inches in diameter in 2, 3, and 4 inch depths. Square pans run from 4 by 4 to 12 by 12. Rectangle sheet cake pans run from 7 by 11 to 16 by 24. Shaped pans include heart, hemisphere, Dolly Varden, ring mold, and angel food, plus springform and removable bottom options for cakes that should not be inverted.

Choosing a depth: 2 inch pans suit single layers and bar cakes. 3 inch pans are the standard for tiered cakes because they yield two carveable layers per bake. 4 inch pans hold the volume for tall celebration tiers.

All dimensions refer to the interior baking surface.
