These pans are amazing. I retired all my other pans. With these pans even rise and fall straight out the pain. I love them they are better than Nordic. Yep I said it they are that goooooooood.

I have a smaller than normal sized oven. I have been on the hunt for cookie sheets that can fit in my small oven. Thankfully I was told about your company. I've used the baking sheets for cooking squash and French fries. And so far everything has baked evenly.

I have bakeware from Fat Daddio's that I have used for many years and it has never failed to perform. I recently purchased the springform pans and am anxious to give them a try. I am sure they will perform equally as well as the solid body cake pans. Please don't hesitate to try their products, you won't be disappointed.

I have been looking for a good scoops and I found them in Fat Daddio's scoops. We make pierogis and the #60 scoop makes the perfect amount. Easy to use and does a great job.

We have used Fat Daddio pans for 15+ years and their products hold up, don’t deform under intense heat and provide a consistent temperature throughout the pan to ensure a consistent product. In our opinion, Fat Daddio’s are the best baking products available.

I recently got tired of all the mismatched baking pans, and replaced all of my pans with Fat Daddio half sheet pans. Over Christmas, I baked 12 dozen cookies on them, and they were wonderful-- even baking, no warping, very sturdy, and easy to clean. I wish I would have replaced all my baking pans sooner and traded them for Fat Daddio!
