I’m unable to leave a review on Amazon so I’ll leave it here. I bought a couple of pastry rings and they were awesome. The quality is great and they are super durable. I needed them for internal cake support and I couldn’t have made it happen without these rings so grateful!

These pans are absolutely perfect for individual cakes. The removable bottoms make it so they never stick. Shout out to Cecilia Tolone’s YouTube videos because otherwise I would never have heard of these.

Bought 2 even though I needed one (odd numbers drives me crazy). I used them to make cookie cakes. The pan works great. I would never buy another brand of baking pans.

Haven't baked anything in it yet, but I can see and feel from the weight of the pan that it's exceptionally well made. No sharp edges or snags, smooth inside and out.
