Each cloth in this set of 3 measures 7.87 in x 6.69 in x 0.08 in (20 cm x 17 cm x 0.2 cm) and weighs only 0.02 lbs (9 g), making it lightweight enough to store flat in a drawer yet substantial enough to handle the demands of a busy kitchen. Fat Daddio's Swedish Dishcloths bring the same commitment to consistent tools that the brand is known for in bakeware now extended into everyday kitchen care.
Each reusable cloth is designed to replace multiple rolls of disposable paper towels, cutting down on household waste without sacrificing performance. Use them across every kitchen task: wiping down prep counters after pastry work, drying bakeware, cleaning stovetops, absorbing condensation, or scrubbing light residue from pans and surfaces. The natural cellulose-and-cotton construction is biodegradable, making disposal at end of life far less impactful than synthetic alternatives. Constructed from 70% cellulose and 30% cotton, these cloths combine the absorbency of a natural sponge with the softness and flexibility of woven fiber. The result is a compostable cloth that soaks up spills quickly, wipes surfaces clean without scratching, and dries faster than a conventional sponge, reducing odor and bacteria buildup between uses. This set includes 3 cloths, each featuring a unique printed design manufactured to consistent quality standards. Designs may vary. Rinse before first use to activate the full absorbent qualities of the dishcloth. Dishwasher safe and washing machine safe for convenient, hygienic cleaning after heavy use. Easy to care for and built to last through hundreds of cycles.

Bake Slow and Low for Better Results
Learn more"Slow and low" means baking at a reduced temperature for a longer time, usually 25°F (4°C) lower with 10 to 20 percent more time added. This gentler heat helps batter cook through evenly, reducing doming, cracking, and dry edges. It is optional, but it tends to produce a flatter top and a more even crumb.

Why Anodized Aluminum?
Read moreAnodized aluminum is created through an electrochemical process that hardens and smooths the natural aluminum surface, rather than adding a coating. The result is a non-reactive finish about three times harder than untreated aluminum, with nothing to chip, peel, or leach into food. It heats evenly, releases baked goods cleanly, and holds up to acidic ingredients without reacting. This is the standard behind most of our bakeware.
