Pan heats evenly and is light weight. Every bake has been golden brown. The best part is it fits in my small apartment oven which is too small for a traditional half sheet.

Love Fat Daddio pans. The pizza pan is incredible, cooked a perfect crust and the loaf pans were great for banana breads.

I am so pleased with the products that I have received from Fat Daddio’s. The silicone tray work perfectly for forming my homeade ice creams. I take the freshly churned ice cream directly from my machine and fill the trays, screet them flat with a dough knife and immediately pop the trays into the freezer. The next morning they are formed and thoroughly frozen. I was amazed at the ease off popping them out of the trays. I then store them in an airtight container for an easy to serve scoop of ice cream whenever I want one.

I have been wanting one of these for a while, since it is a pain to clean the counters when things stick to them! This mat is great, the shipping was fast, and the company is fantastic to work with! I love pretending i'm in Nailed it when I'm working, since that seems to be the quality of my baking, but I have a smile on my face! I see their product on cooking shows I watch with the kids, so it is great to get to use them!

I would easily recommend Fat Daddio's products. Items shipped remarkably fast. I have bought quite a few cake/sheet pans, muffin pans, dough levelers, as well as the revolving cake stand (TT-1255) which is a solid build. All work well and meet expectations.
