I am an “occasional” baker of few things, but when I use Fat Daddio pans, I gain confidence because the results have been consistent even with “clumsy” flipping or removals: Glorious Amsterdam apple pies, pineapple upside down cakes and of course cheesecakes!

Making my Cheesecakes using your pans has been a great advantage over spring form pans.
We bought several different shapes and sizes of the anodized aluminum pans. I thought there would be more of a learning curve as it does not retain heat the same way, but we didn't run into any issues. Clean easy, look great and they don't have the rolled rust catcher edges like most bakeware.
