Purchased one of these to make angel food cake in my pressure cooker, but most I found are regular aluminum and I don't want to introduced aluminum into my food. This will make a smaller cake. I have two cookers, so really I should have purchased two of these pans. I haven't tested it yet. Directions say to use parchment on the bottom I prefer that to the round steel pan I use now, which requires paper at the bottom sides and I use a stainless cup in the middle for the center hole which must also be wrapped in paper. This looks and feels strong, and likely to last a very long time. I'm quite happy, and pleased I won't be introducing aluminum into my diet. :)
