I just discovered these pans and now that is all I will purchase. I'm not a professional baker but these pans make me feel like one! Looked for an angel food cake tube pan without a removable insert and this was what I settled on. So glad I did. The pans are beautiful. The baking is even. I've only used once so far but I'm sure they will last a long time.

I have been baking for many many years and have always used fat daddios pans. I had always used the 10 inch pans for my cheesecakes but recently needed to offer a 9 inch for my business.
Love the finish and I hand wash everything to keep them in top shape so my business can use them for many years to come.

I sent support an email and quickly received a reply letting me know they would be sending a replacement - free of charge. Love these ... I bought 2 just for baking and air frying .... did breaded chicken on one ... it washed up great in the dishwasher!
