I have bakeware from Fat Daddio's that I have used for many years and it has never failed to perform. I recently purchased the springform pans and am anxious to give them a try. I am sure they will perform equally as well as the solid body cake pans. Please don't hesitate to try their products, you won't be disappointed.

I love to play music when I cook or bake; It's wonderful because I love to cook and bake with the right kitchen equipment. I have been using Fat Daddio pans for YEARS now and THIS current spring form pan allows me to make personal cheesecakes, brownies etc. The way they are made is something that bakers wanted for YEARS now and HERE IT IS! If you love to back with PERFECTION then THIS is the pan you need to buy. I have a "10 a "9 and NOW an "8 pan! My "Voltron" is complete! :)

Outstanding! The cheesecakes bake up perfect. They are easy to remove from the base and they clean so easily and look brand new! Perfect!

I bought 2 Spring form pans, as I thought they would not leak. When I put a small amount of water in the pan, the water leaked immediately. Then when I tried to return within 30 days of purchase, I received an email indicating that these pans will always leak. They are designed to be used with a crust, creating an extra barrier for the product.
